Meet The Face Behind Mortgages with Nicolle Williams

I’m Nicolle Williams, proud owner of Mortgages with Nicolle Williams.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I have been working in Canada’s Financial Sector since 2003, in fields ranging from Financial Advisor to Mortgage Agent.

I pride myself on being a financial educator working to bridge the gap between the world of finances and the everyday consumer. It is my passion for financial literacy and education that has garnered the attention of my peers and community. I was bestowed with the prestigious recognition of being one of the “100 Black Women to Watch in Canada” by CIBWE in 2016, and one of the “150 ‘HERstory in Black’ Black Women who have made a place in Canadian History” by CBC in 2017.

Along with being a motivational speaker, mentor, and financial literacy advocate, I am also the host and creator of Money Tube, a channel that Empowers Today’s generation by “helping them to walk into their financial destiny.”

Financial literacy is one of the biggest causes I champion for, as well as fair and equal education for all children globally. I do this through our annual backpack and tuition drive.

When it comes to mortgages, there have been several changes within the Mortgage Lending Industry over the years. There have also been a sizeable number of changes over the last twenty-two months. Due to the continually changing nature of the mortgage world, it has become imperative that people work with mortgage professionals who can help guide them through this ever-changing landscape.

I love working with people to build wealth through real estate and especially enjoy working with first time home buyers as they get their first home. I believe in educating our clients through every step of the way after all their home usually is the single largest investment most people may make in their life.

There is no better feeling than when our clients show true gratification for all we do. We love and appreciate them so when they recognize us, we feel an immense sense of satisfaction. Besides, they are the ones that advocate for us, and our business is so blessed because of them.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my honesty, integrity, professionalism, passion, and love for what I do.

When I am not at work, I love reading, staying active and watching my kids take part in sporting activities.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
